Hair Care Products

Hi ladies

IF you have any hair care products taking up space in your bathroom that you are no longer using anymore, I am going to ask if you would contact your local Domestic Violence Women's Shelter and donate them to the ladies there. They would be greatly appreciated and used. They do not have to be new. You can also donate clothes and appliance and anything, the majority of the shelters are grant funded and they would appreciate any donations that you can give.

Thanks

This is a wonderful idea!!! Thanks so much for posting this. I'm going to look up the local shelter and do just that. Bless you!

i have already decided to do this. i have so many products that i dont want and i know i will never use them again.

Thank you so much ladies, I currently work at a DV shelter and we love getting help from the community!!

Bless Ya'll for helping out!!

i'm gonna look for a local one to give my son's old clothes (baby stuff) to...my mom made me realize how many women have to leave their stuation with children and may only have the clothes on their backs, so i'd give them ANYTHING-WAAAYYYY before i give to good will and such

I definetly have a lot of slightly used and unused products I don't want as well some clothes and appliances. Thanks for the idea!

I volunteer at a DV center!! You working there is great. I didn't even think about this. Great idea. But, 99.9% of the women in my area aren't black (and those are the majority of my products)

yah!!! I love working at the shelter. REally the majority in my area is black, but there are probably some homeless shelters that would accept the donations.

Thanks for this suggestion. I have a bunch of clothes that I was going to take to Goodwill, but I will take them there tomorrow instead.
