Hair Care 4 Kinky Twists...

I am getting my kinky twists done on Sunday 7/23, and I was wondering what should I do to prepare my hair for them and what should I be doing to my hair during? I have NO idea what to do. Last time I had them, I used to wash my hair once a week w/ diluted shampoo and conditioner. Then I would just mist my hair with water and oil and I had good growth doing that. Maybe I should do the same this time...

I saw them use Marley Braid for kinky twists in the salon. Then they put the ends on rods and dipped them in hot water to make the little curls.
