Hair breakage

I just found a website called hairbreakage.com. They have information on haircare and problems. They also have their own hair products for sale and a "hair breakage" kit. They also sell a relaxer called Variations, but I can't tell if it is lye or no-lye.
Is anyone on the board familiar with these products and if so, do you know if they give good results?

I've never heard of Variations or a relaxer that doesn't burn after a certain period of time. It sounds interesting, maybe someone here has tried it.
