I'm from NJ originally - I actually used to go to a beauty school - I think it was Earl's Accademy of Beauty or something like that, and they'd do it for about $35. I always tipped b/c they did a really good job.

No one knew anything about that one place. My supervisor suggested one place but looking at her hair in the past... I quickly forgot it. Sorry I couldn't be of more help
