Honii, I love how straight forward your method is. 
I'm sure anyone that asked me for directions before is probably wondering why I do mine such a complicated [read: hard to describe] way. 
Since I usually braid the extension hair all the way to the end, I guess someone using your method who wanted to do the same could just split the two sections of extension hair into 3 parts once s/he got beyond the real hair. Great demo indeed! 
If anyone is really bored and cares to learn a different way, I explain how I do mine in this thread - not as clearly done as Honii's though

ETA: As far as websites are concerned, I coulda sworn there was one with free instructions but all I seemed to find now are websites offering online courses you pay for.
