oh well. im stocked on curl junkie anyway i just wanted to know. i have 1 8oz rehab and 1 32oz rehab. but i would like to try the coffee coco cream again.
i would hate to drive all the way up there for them not to have anything.

curl junkie is an amazing line i love the rehab but it took me a while to love it. at first i was stuck on the deep fix.
i tried the coffee coco cream a while ago and wasnt that fond of it. but i want to give it another go.

Bwaaaaaaaaaahahahaha kupenda *sings* "You got it, you got it bad". From Hairveda there was some Acai Berry Phyto, Almond glaze, Vatika Frosting, Shikakai and possibly the AVOSOYA oil.

There was henna sooq but I just glanced at it because I don't henna.

Darcy's Yes there were quite a few but as you can see I got a quite a few. I don't know WHAT the stash will look like tomorrow.

Wow. That's too bad. I wonder why she wasn't successful. I know I was happy to get my stuff there without shipping costs. I used to be able to grab qhemet's there with no problem at first but then she got really popular and was constantly out. I also liked beemine and she stopped selling them. She was always trying new products and she never had a large stock. I had no clue though. I went there last week and I'd have never guessed she'd be closing in a weeks time.

Just left! And was sadly disappointed. I'm sure there is plenty of stuff left for you ladies. But I'm pretty set in my hair interests. I was eyeing the komaza reconstructor. I changed my mind cuz I'm not interested in any setbacks over some protein. I was looking for the pumpkin stuff by DB. No bueno. Oh well. So I picked up a few hairveda items and that yummy sounding tiiva DCer. And some henna which was totally overpriced. My SO tried to convince me to get more but I declined. Spent only $25. They're all out of qhemet. Sad. BUT! I had to laugh inside cuz the cashier was talking and I swear it was abt you Fab_Nikki lol. She mentioned a woman who spent almost $200 and said she wanted to spend more lol

There was a ton of stuff from Tiiva Naturals.

I also got DM Super Buttercreme and the Babassu deep condish (Brown Butter Beauty). The deep condish looks awesome, I can't wait to use it.

Oh they also have the body butters from Pooka Pure & Simple. I'm excited to try that out.

I ended up buying

2 boxes of Jamila Henna (summer '11 crop)
KBB Butter Love

All for around $40

Now I have just ONE question: Which one of ya'll heifers bought up all the Qhemet products?? And don't even try to lie.....I know it was one of us who did it! LOL...I was ready to buy 4 jars of AOHC and they were already sold out! LOL

I went! Only thing is, since I had my coupon which was essentially 50% off, I couldn't do the 50% off on the first 40 bucks. That would've been SWEET!
But I did two orders and got half price on the rest. I got some DB stuff. There was a ton of the pumpkin when I went at lunch. I also got some nice smelling body butter from pooka. and some pretty earrings. All in all, the stock is getting mighty low.

I just got of the phone with them...all the KBB is gone. That was main product I was interested in at the moment. So I guess I won't be trekking all the way out there. She did say they are going to keep the online store open. Someone needs to open a store like that right here in DC proper..near a metro station. She said the locals near the store were not supportive. I really hope they will reopen in a closer location.

I hope they reopen too. But I know rent is high near Metro stations. I really think they should try a different area (PG or GA Ave maybe).

You can get Qhemet at Senbeb in Takoma but they don't have a lot of stock. And it's mainly a health food store (and kinda dive-y).
