Yesterday I just joined a really nice gym. I am really looking forward to starting. I have not really got a body goal (Skin and bones) but I would like to tone up a little. But I am sure that this will also benefit my hair.

I have NEVER really steamed my hair and for my deep condition I usually sit under the dryer. But now I can you the Steam or Sauna room.
I only wish they had some hood dryers to Roll set dry my hair there. I wouldnt leave the place.

I have heard that exercise is good for growth too.

I have any question they have a swimming that is 32 Degrees (Heaven)
It has little chroline in but I still need to look after my hair.
HOW?

How can us the gym to get the full benefits for my hair... Ladies let me know

I like the steam room at the gym. It makes my skin so soft and definitely is good for the hair cos of all the moisture air generated from the steam.

You will notice the difference in your skin after two days

I steam about 4x a week at my gym. They have a dry heat sauna and a steam sauna. Exercise revs up the circulation, blood rushes to the surface of the skin/scalp giving you a glow for many hours (with most people) and i do believe it stimulates the scalp and every part (cell) in the body. I still want a steamer in my shower though... one day when i own my own home.

99% of the time I wear my hair in "wash and go" styles so here is what I do.

  • I work out.
  • Rinse off in the shower,
  • cw my hair,
  • leave the conditioner on my hair,
  • go into the steam room, not sure how long I stay...probably 10/15 min...no longer, come out,
  • cw my hair again,
  • leave some conditioner in my hair...
  • scrunch and go.
