Welcome back. Your hair is looking really good. I can't wait until my natural gets that long. As far as my regimen, I am new at this too so I'm still figuring it all out. My products are listed in my siggy and I love ALL of them /images/graemlins/love.gif . I have been shampooing too much, I think. I may start to rinse instead of shampooing. As far as protein, Humectress and Supercharge have protein in them so I'm not sure I need anymore. But I'll have to wait and see. I definately recommend the PM and Humectress because they are the only products that provide the moisture my hair desperatly needs.

Looks so good ... I think we have the same hair type...
I went natural when I was between the ages of 16 and 18 ... and have never done it since ... I will let my relaxer grow out for the spring /summer .and relax again for the fall /winter... I always get annoyed with the two tex. /images/graemlins/angry2.gif and I relax it again .
But maybe next year I will start going natural again... you did a great job and have given me a plan to follow.
