Agrees. The color looks nice on you I thought it was brown though since thats the color my hair gets in the light (I have a relaxer)

Yeah, some of my strands are brown. I believe its that way also because of my relaxed ends, but the high-lift blonde color that my stylist put on my hair turned most of the strands blonde.

I guess it’s more than evident that I need to start up with the protein treatments! Since I’ve joined this board I thought deep conditioning once a week would be fine, but now I don’t think that’s so anymore.


@beloved1: No I haven’t tried Profectiv Breakfree or Healthy Ends. I’ve always wanted to try these products (I did once...a long time ago, but don’t remember the results), however, the $6 price tag has always drawn me away because it’s in such a small jar. I’ve heard some good things about this product so I might search for it at Walmart since they have a better deal than the beauty supply store owners!


@vikkisecret: Girl I had these done PROFESSIONALLY this time! No more color accidents for me!! Anyways, this was achieved with the highlighting cap, and only the crown of my head, a few hairs along the edges and back, and a few hairs in the back of my head were pulled through. I processed under the dryer for about 15-20 minutes and I was under the sink after that. I asked my stylist for a conditioning treatment because I didn’t want to immediately get my hair styled without addressing the fact that my new color needed some type of moisture.
