I think I'm a 3c but I have a patch of hair on my crown that has a totally different texture than the rest of my head and it looks like this:

Can you help me figure out what type it is, please?

The picture is kinda fuzzy i'm sorry about that. That is just a patch of my hair though, the other texture is much looser.
