Grrrr... help

I can't figure out how to add pictures to my post. I see the little slides that you guys add and I want to post pictures today. I have a photobucket account but don't have access to it at work, and I created a fotki but I can't figure out how to get the image code to add it here. Can someone help me? My head is starting to hurt from banging it on this brick wall.

there's a link under the fonts, it looks like a mountain and a sun inside a yellow square. Use that to insert the URL where you have the picture stored. If you're talking about putting a pic in your signature you do that in your settings in the profile. I hope that helps.
