Growing out bangs and hairline hair

Has anyone successfully grown out their bangs and/or hairline edges below chin length? What strategy did you use?

I don't have a problem with my hairline itself, just getting this area long. My bangs always get around chin length and get ratty looky so I cut them bluntly.

If you want your hairline to grow it always helps if you stop brushing it. Your bangs will grow with the rest of your hair. If the ends of your bangs are bad try moisturizing them and put vaseline on the ends. That works for me. My bangs were cut to my eyebrows and they have already grown out to my chin.

Massaging is good for the hairline... I also grew out my bangs by just leaving them alone. I would trim them lightly (dusting) and just let them be...
