I'm a

and must say that I have learned soooooo much from the ladies on this board. I have just finalized my vitamin regimen and I'm still tweeking my hair care and product regimen to find what works for me. I found this informative website (not sure if it has been mentioned here before) but it has alot of useful info about vitamin and mineral supplementation and a great vitamin index.
