Great Hair Salons in Brooklyn/Long Island

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum and I need some help. If anyone could tell me about some of the best salons that Brooklyn/Long Island, NY has to offer, I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm doing this as a favor for my Mom, she has short relaxed hair and hasn't had any luck in finding a salon in either of these locations. Thanks so much in advance.

Hi Butterscotch,

Not sure where in Long Island you want to go - but there is a small Domincan salon in Amityville village called Lourdes, they are good. It is a little more expensive than the salons in Brooklyn and Uptown

- I think like around $20 for a set or blowdry and they use the higher end products (Salerm). I can give you the number if you want.

Hey Butterscotch, could you pls post tha number. i go to Styles on Broadway in Amityville village for my weaves (they are the best and for $85-$100) you cant beat that!

matter of fact i weaved yestaday and i had to go walking to showoff

ive never seen Lourdes though.. id definately wash and set there.
