If you have a head of healthy hair or your stylist was able to transform your hair into luscious locks please post info about your stylist. I would also like to see how your hair looks, so post a pic! Links to fotkis are acceptable as well!

Also, has anybody heard of Anita Murray? If so..spill the beans...

I'm in DFW, and there are many who are really good. I guess it depends on where you are in the Metroplex. I have gone to Pure and Healthy Hair in Irving...and my hair was not damaged, the stylist is very knowledgeable about a lot of the techniques that are used on the boards...sells Mrs. Jessies in the salon, along w/FHI irons, does Phytorelaxers...you can google the website. I checked out The Equator Salon in Duncanville and Cyrous did my hair, it turned out very light and pretty. They use keratase and are very much into healthy hair techniques...I have decided to continue to visit with my new stylist at Good Hair Day Salon in Arlington. Very prompt service, healthy hair oriented, great products. There are many others, again it depends on where you live.

I would say that my hair growth from a natural to about 2 inches shy of APL relaxed has been at my own hands for the most part, as I do my own hair more than I go to a salon. I mostly go to the salon for relaxers and the occasional wash, but I wash and style my own hair weekly...Please let me know if you have any further questions. HTH!
