What is a good gel that will keep your hair in place without making it super hard? Does any one know any all natural gels that may due this bye chance.

Uh huh, Aloe gel is great...and Fantasia IC gel is basically Aloe gel with a few more added extras. It's good too.

Also, there's this yellow looking gel that you can get at the ethnic Walmart section. It's pretty good and isn't as hard.

There is one called ECO styling gel you can get from Sallys a very large tub of it for like $3.00. It has no alcohol and is recommended by the lady who created the crown and glory challenge.

I have been using it for my twists and braids for 2 years now.

I have Giovanni gel...i don't use it too often tho. but it's organic based. i can't remember the entire name of it but i have a pic of it in my fotki

I highly recommend Fantasic I/C gel with Sparklelites for Color Treated hair(the blue one).

That one is my favorite.
One of these days I may have to try the Fantasia gel but I have such a big tub of the ECO gel, I am trying not to buy another gel.

There is a vitamin E gel.. Is it all natural? Where can I get it from? And how is the hold and and feeling after it is dry?

I can't remember the ingredients, but I used to buy vitamin E gel from Walgreens- they have a Walgreens brand and a more expensive Banana Boat brand. I used it to moisturize my body in the summer (lighter than lotion) and it worked really well on my skin. It is in either the skin care section or the sunscreen section. It comes in rectangular pump bottle.

I use the Fruit of the Earth brand. I like it because for whatever reason, it has a little more hold than the FOTE Aloe Vera gel (which I also use). It doesn't get too hard.

I've only been able to find it at a Rite-Aid. When I say "a" Rite-Aid, I literally mean ONE Rite-Aid in like a 50-mile radius:lachen:

If you can't find it, try getting your local drugstore to order it or contacting FOTE directly.

I just found some FOTE Aloe Vera gel at the dollar store. I'm going to try it on my wash n' go and see if I like it. :)
