my appointment is at 1030 am for a wash and flat iron

she said she uses matrix and the flat iron is a imfa shine or the stove iron depending on my texture. she says she had heat protectors but she doesn't use them as much, she added it makes the hair stiff maybe shes using the ones with grease she says she doesnt put the high heat on, i will bring my fantasia ic just in case shes charging 45 and i might get a trim which is 10 more. i want relaxer results

Wash, DC, apply heat serum/spray, let airdry in plaits and all she has to do is straighten awaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy......

i want a fresh relaxer look. im thinking if i should get a roller set or a flat iron?

im gonna have to get a trim i dont want her to take so much hair off though

i could to that but i would have to detangle all my curls out i would rather have her do it, im going to deep condition my hair after i color it tonight. but if i dont like her technique then i will prep before on the next visit
