I have been thinking about going back to a relaxer....i want to do this and have strong and healthy hair. The other thing is i want to grow my hair to BSL...any advice

even if you're not self-relaxing there is a lot of good information on how to grow relaxed hair from the relaxing process to daily maintenance. take your time and read through as much as possible before you get the relaxer.
