Glycerin and Rosemary????

Hey ladies,

I've searched and looked up rosemary spritzes. I saw acjazz and Thighslikewhat, but I want to know if it would be good to mix:

vegetable glycerin
rosemary e.o.
conditioner (suave's milk and honey)
water

How does this sound?

I bought a mix of rosemary, water and glycerin before at the bss, it was very moisturizing. I think you should have good results!
