Giving birth to coils...

Okay I don't mean to be so dramatic but I am so excited. I bc'd almost two months ago and I knew I had tiny tight coils in my nape/kitchen area but most of my crown was very thick and wavy and whenever I tried to twist the crown it was like, "sister please." Anyway, a couple days ago I saw a coil...a newborn, ya'll it was so cute. Now they are popping up all over my crown area, about the size of a pencil. I tried to take pics but my hair is still so short (2-3 inches) and it's so thick I couldn't get a good pic. But I will keep trying. I just had to share the news...

Congratsssssssssss!! My crown area is different from every other part of my hair too so I understand your excitement. The more I no/low poo the better my coils are and plopping really helped too.

Congratulations!!!!! I have been having this happen recently too! At first I thought it was just my wishful thinking...But someone standing behind me said " Ahhh you have curly hair! You should cut it and go natural"....made me feel good..

Yayy! I haven't had a hair twin on this forum so its great to finally have one. Now I'm going to have to pick your brain about some products. Now you've got to get some pics so we can see your coily coils
