Okay Ladies,

I have a game/fun activity for you. You must name ONE "must have" that you think is absolutely needed or the best. You have to name one thing, what it does, and why you love it. It can be something that you have recently tried or have been using for years that has changed your hair life. Think hard and post up.

And remember ONE thing.

I would say:
Nexxus Emergencee, it is a protein treatment, and it saved my hair health. I don't know who it was that suggested it to be but I hope they are blessed.

...Let the game begin!

Victoria's Secret So Sexy Nourishing Conditioner (ok, you need to try the shampoo, too)!!!

I love it because it has great slip and made my hair very soft and easy to comb. I think it is better than my NTM DDC.

NTM DDC is now backup to my VS So Sexy Nourishing Conditioner.

Definitely shea butter. Specifically Oyin's whipped shea, but any unrefined will do as well. I put this on and my hair just smiles all day.

For me it is Nettle, the herb. I read that it thicken your hair and it does!

I add it too 1/4 cup of ACV along with other EO's & 1 3/4 of water and pour it on my hair as a final rinse (do not wash out).

The best moisturizer I have ever used is Cantu Breakcure, it might be too much protein for some, but it's perfect for my dual processed hair.

Miss Key 10 en 1 Super Conditioner! This has consistently been in my regimen since 2003 and I want to thank SuperGirl for turning me into the Dominican PJ!

Since shea butter has been mentioned twice already. . .I'll go with HerbNLife's Crown Heights Oil Blend.

I love Herb n Life's stuff, I use the Headrush moisturizer and all the lotions...love love love it...

I would have to say Giovanni Direct Leave-in!! Its great for moisture on bun days but i also just got a fierce rollerset with it. Who knew?

I'll have to say NTM Silk touch too. It really does leave my hair sooooo soft, all day. I used it recently in my hair to do a roller set. No other product was used. The best rollerset I've had yet!!!

I agree. This is the only Deep Conditioner I use now!! (don't like the Plus one though)

The cold water rinse. You don't know how good your hair can feel until you've rinsed out a really good conditioner with cold water.

And it's FREE!
