Giovanni Wellness Hair System ?

I was wondering if anybody has tried this system? The main ingredients are chinese botanicals. I saw it in Target was thinking about trying it but wanted to see if anyone with 4B hair has tried it with good results?

Haven't tried but here's the ingredients list:
