Tell me something about this leave in. I recall reading such raves about it but was never interested because I have bought so many products (none of which I wasn't pleased with) however I don't want to keep buying products before I finish using my other goodies. It's on sale at the local health food store for 5.87. I was wondering should I take adavantage of the sale or just wait til I use some of the other products up. I have so many goodies, it makes it hard to choose which ones to use. Gee...what's a pj to do?

How is the shampoo?

I LOVE THIS LEAVE IN BECAUSE IT LEAVES MY HAIR VERY EMOLLIANT ,WITHOUT BEING HEAVY AND GREASY. I'M A ROLLERSETTER, SO I APPLY IT ALONG WITH WGO BEFORE SETTING. ALSO IT DOES NOT HAVE A HEAVY PROTEIN IN IT, WHICH TEND'S TO DRY MY HAIR OUT QUICKER. HOPE THIS HELP'S:)

BTW, WHERE IS IT ON SALE?

Thanx...I just might go back and get it tomorrow. BTW...it's on sale at Herbal Planet in McDonough GA. I also saw it on sale at The Vitamin Shoppe online for 5.72...I don't wanna pay postage tho.

absolutely love it..i have been using it for 10 years now... i really love it mixed with a small amount of aubrey organics honeysuckle rose conditioner.....i recently discovered that they mix very well...and they leave my hair soft and fluffy.......

I like this conditioner but I'm not really all that excited about it. I probably won't buy it again, but it does leave my hair nice and soft.

ditto...I like the 50/50 remoisturizer conditioner better. Leave-in does nothing for my hair.

What she said! This stuff is pretty good!

Giovanni Direct Leave In is the BEST leave in I've ever used. My hair is usually tangle city, however, the past couple of washes I've used the Giovanni Silk Shampoo and Conditioner and followed with the Giovanni Dirct Leave In and my hair is tangle free. I would suggest everyone to try this product.

I've just recently (within the past 2 months) started using it and I love it. It's really light and I love the smell. I usually mix it with a bit of coconut oil.

i didn't like it, although it's cone free my hair felt slighty coated when ever i used it, it didn't a matter if i used a little or alot my hair didn't like it

I love this leave-in...the best i've ever tried IMO...it detangles, smooths and moisturizes all at the same time...I love using it when I air dry...my hair always dry completely smooth and straight...no frizz at all.

it worked on my natural hair but when i used it on my relaxed hair, it didnt work. i tried it like 3 times and gave up. thank God i didnt buy a new bottle

This was my experience as well.

I absolutely love this leave-in. I use it in my spritz too. It smells really good and I even get complements on it. When it went on sale, I bought 3 bottles. This should last me for a while:)

It's good by itself but it's GREAT when you mix it into the Giovanni Vitapro Fusion (which is a spray). I should add I prefer spray leaves-ins..

It went on sale:eek:    . I have to stay tuned for a sale on this product, it is definately one that I will continue to purchase. I cant believe that I didnt find it sooner. Better late than never.

I like this conditioner too, but I think Pantene's Smooth Start Smoothing Comb-In Treatment is better and 1/2 the price.

Last night I used a diluted amount of the Vitapro (leave-in spray) and my edges were so smooth and flat (I'm wearing a half-wig right now).... when I first started using the Vitapro, it made my hair feel stiff as well. I was advised to dilute it (half product, half water) and that made such a difference! Also, this product has a lot of oils in it, and I learned that my hair doesn't like oils, either.... I used it on next day hair, very lightly damp and tied down the edges with a scarf for about 10-15 minutes.... edges were very smooth.

I used the creamy leave in as part of a spritz as well as alone. It was ok. I wonder if it's too heavy for my hair. I prefer the spray over the creamy version.

HTH.

Hi Priestess!!! OOh girl this stuff is the BOMB! I just started using it when I started wearing phony ponies (love these things with the baggie method), I airdry more now because this leave in makes your hair so soft and it is pretty straight when you airdry overnight in a bun. When I was 12 weeks post relaxer it made my new growth wavy and my NG was never wavy. I airdry with this leave in and Elasta qp recovery oil and it makes my hair so soft (cant stop touching it)! I hope you like it!

Oh my gosh, hi Blessedhairgro!! How ya been?!

I can't believe I finally found this product. I went to the health food store and there it was! I have so many products it's not funny, but I had to get this one, I heard so many good things about it. I'm glad it's been working well for you. I'm going to wash my hair tomorrow and I plan on using it then. Thanks for the rec!

I love, love, love it! It's very light, and it leaves my hair very shiny, soft, and smooth. I apply it to damp hair and seal it in with a little jojoba or sweet almond oil. It also detangles my hair like nobody's business!

OMG, ya'll haven't tried it YET!!!???

It is so awesome. I don't think I can ever part with it. So far, it is my ONLY staple!!!
