I haven't tried it for this purpose, but I imagine it might work. I'd probably mix it with some water and spray it on the hair, instead of applying a glob directly to dry hair.

This stuff is the bomb for detangling wet hair, though!

Yes, I agree, it is the bomb for detangling wet hair! No matter what stage of my relaxer I'm in that stuff works wonders and it smells nice too. I've never used it on dry hair. If you mean dry as in your hair is dry and you want to use it as a leave in, I strongly recommend it:love:. It drenches your hair in moisture, I can't give you all the ingredients now but a few of them are rosemary oil, and a few other oils. sorry I cant remember them right now but the ingredients are impressive.

Its ok, i have it but havent used it on dry hair...thanks

I've used it on dry hair before... made my hair feel super greasy; wasn't too pleasant...

maybe if it had been diluted a bit, it would have felt better. I'm not sure.

I've used it on dry hair and I think that it did an ok job. It's best on wet hair, it really locks in the moisture and detangles well but on dry hair it makes my hair feel greasy too.

Ever since discovering Aubrey Organics I have really been loving these natural products. They feel so much better on my hair. I can't wait to try this one!

Quick question, for those who don't like this one on dry hair, what do you use as a moisturizer on dry hair?

I use a little bit of S-Curl. It gives me just the right amount of moisture I need and keeps it soft throughout the day.

Wow, I'm glad I came across this thread, I was actually thinking about using this as a leave-in on dry hair, but I guess I just stick to using it on damp/dry hair. Thanks! ;)
