I used it but it made my hair far too heavy. I prefer African Royale's Hot Oil 6. It's got better stuff in it and smells DIVINE!

I use the blue bottle (stimulate) with my conditioner to deep condition and I also use it to seal when I baggy.. great stuff :yay:

See now I tried this and it weighed my hair down. Isn't it funny how different our hair is yet in magazines they just say "black hair", LOL. Anywhoo - I got the Wonder 8 in a spray bottle and it was just very light. That may be the difference too, it must be formulated so it's not as thick and heavy when you spray it. But the African Oil does smell GOOD!!!! :)

See, it was the same for me. That Hot 6 was a Hot Mess on my hair. But Wonder 8 is a dream. :yep: Mine is not in the spray bottle but, I do not have any problems at all with it.

:lachen: (bolded). It was the same with me, I actually had to wash my hair again.

Try the spray bottle the next time you purchase, I REALLY like it in this form.

I really like this product too! I have it in the spray bottle. I didn't know that they had different ones. I am going to try the stimulating one as a pre-poo over night.

If I remember correctly, the spray bottle has mineral oil in. I imagine this thins the oil somewhat so that it can easily pass through the spray nozzle.

I did not see mineral oil listed in mine, but the print is very small....
I would like to know IT it does contain the nasty oil...

Help Ladies:confused: :perplexed :ohwell: :look:

Mine is not in the spray bottle but, it has no mineral oil.

I used to buy this and mix in conditioners as well as put it on dry ends. I don't know why I stopped buying it but I remember it working really well. I found the yellow one to work best.
Another one I really liked was Africa's Best Ultimate Herbal Oil.

I use this oil mixed in my post shampoo conditioners for DC. Didn't know there were other vrieties besides the spray...before using this, I used to add jojoba oil to my phyto conditioners to make them last longer, since they are so expensive...but jojoba isn't cheap either & picked up this oil since jojoba is high on the ingredients list.

I used hot 6 oil years ago when I was relaxed but I think it has a cone in it. I always found it kind of heavy & sticky for my hair & will not repurchase.

I never thought about putting it in my conditioner, since I have so much extra virgin olive oil to use up. I'll give it a try.

Hmmm I like this product too, also the hot sixx oil. But quick chime, I use dax super light pomade with vegetable oil.. I just started and my hair has been nice and moisturized I was a bit perplexed bc it has petrolatum in it, but my question is. Since it isn't water based and I use the miracle oil as a sealant am I getting moisturized?

The dax ingredients are nice its the one with sweet almond oil, wheat germ etc, its the blue one.

And African Pride has come out with a new herbal healing poo & conditioner and it has all the ingredients the miracle oil has. The cond is leave in with the same ingredients, and it left my hair feeling nice... Check it out!!!

But sorry for all the blab, I just wanted to share and inquire about moisture!

Till next time :)
