Getting warm during prayer

So, I have been pretty frustrated with God and my walk for years, and have been barely hanging on.

But tonight I say a prayer begging for direction and comfort and I swear I got very warm, especially my arms. Now I know it wasn't because I was moving around and exciting myself.

My arms literally felt a radiating warmth, and I googled a bit and some say that it's the Holy Spirit showing he's with you or he hears you. What has been your experience with this ladies? I'd really appreciate some feedback.

It happens in prayer... :yep:

My cousin was at the Altar in prayer during a prayer service at Church. She was asking God to show her the Ministry that He has for her. She was seeking God for His Will and His Plan and Purpose for her life.

Her hands began to get very warm...and the message she received is that God has her in the Ministry of Healing. Several times when she has prayed with family members for their healing, this same warmth would flow through her hands and the healing would take place the areas of their bodies she was praying for.

I've had this same experience when I've prayed for others as well. It doesn't occur with me all the time, but when it does, I am fully aware that it is not my imagination and many healings have taken place. This would happen when I'd pray for my mom and she would be very relaxed and full of God's peace...

Awwww . I usually get confirmations through dreams. Whatever is penetrating my heart and that I fervently pray for. I end up getting confirmation that he HEARS me, may not necessarily answers, but that my prayers are not in vain. I love you Jesus so much.....

The Beauty of our Faith is that we still 'Believe' in God even without the physical senses. We still believe in God's presence and power in our lives.

Our faith has a life beyond this world, this world who denies Him, this world who rejects Him, this world who dismisses Him and disrespects our God... the Lord God of All. Yet, even without 'feeling' or seeing God in and with our physical senses.... we still Love God, Reach out to God, still Believe God, with our full hearts.

Whether we 'feel' warmth or not, whether we 'hear' or not, whether we 'see' or not, we still yield unto God our Father and we still Believe.

Praise God, for that when God 'shows up'.... when we seek Him before we 'see' Him. When we choose Him in Faith and not feeling or seeing Him first.

VirtuousGal , you sought God with all of your heart because you 'Believed' in Him. He showed up because you believed.

God's Word says: "I will not leave you comfortless".

sweetvi , God loves to speak to us in Dreams. This is such a rich gift from His heart. 'Daniel, Joseph, Samuel' are just a few of His pure examples of the Dreams.

We have a rich heritage in our life with God who touches us in ways that no other can .... :love2:

I had a similar experience. I shared it on the prayer line..I didnt really know how to say it words. You explained perfectly...I also felt extremely loved... I had prayed with all my heat the previous night. The following morning I had the same experience that you mentioned, It was so strong . :yep:
