getting a new flat iron... need suggestions please!

I have a "ceramic" flat iron that is beginning to peel in spots. Im not getting that silky feeling after use anymore. Ive been looking on line for ideas...i was trying to iron out my new growth and it still had texture to it. I want something that will get be bone straight with one pass.
