hello ladies,

Im a long time lurker who is new to the board..... i am in the market for the perrrrfect flat iron.
some say maxiglide, but i am concerned about the fact that it was only ceramic-plated, not complete ceramic and that the ceramic fades away over time.

could you ladeis please tell me: what do YOU think is the best completely-ceramic flat iron for your type 4 hair?

we all work hard for our money and i trust you ladies..lol!

Most naturals on this board like the Chi, Fhi, Solia, and Maxiglide. I have a full ceramic Ion from Sallys and it works great for me.

I think you should consider not buying a flat iron, so you will not use a flat iron. But other than a watch the heat warning, I can offer no advice on types of flat irons. I am in a no-heat appliance zone and simply don't know.
