Determined to look good and feel comfortable while spending Thanksgiving with friends and family?

Going somewhere special this Thanksgiving.....wanna look your best?

Start Date---10/17/2011
End Date----11/23/2011

1st Weigh In-10/30/2011
2nd Weigh In-11/14/2011
Final Weigh In-11/24/2011 (7am)

Rules:

-Post starting weight
-Post starting Measurements(stomach, bust, butt, arms, thighs)
-Post update weight and measurement on the weigh in days listed above


Here is my regimen:

7am:

Dance for 1 hour(I love dancing:blush: it's a fun way to shed pounds!)
25 donkey kicks
25 side leg lifts
25 crunches

9am:

Breakfast---500 calories

1pm:

Lunch---500 calories

6pm:

Dinner---500 calories

7pm:

Dance for 1 hour(I love dancing:blush: it's a fun way to shed pounds!)
25 donkey kicks
25 side leg lifts
25 crunches


9am-4pm---- 1 cup of water

stomach-----39 ughhh! I know right!? (I gain weight in my stomach first:(
