I've read that gelatin protein is not a complete protein so you would probably be better off taking a complete protein supplement like rice,whey, spirulina, etc.

Thanks, what I am doing is getting my vit regime down and I am getting rid of the supplements that wont make a difference in my hair growth( Cleaning House) /images/graemlins/grin.gif
