I have been taking the Now Foods Super Odorless Garlic for almost two weeks now and haven't experienced any bumbs anywhere. The garlic pills have hawthorn extract, and also cayenne pepper in them too. IHTH
I really like these pills, I have realized I have to take them on a full stomach because if I take them on an empty stomach it gets really warm from the cayenne pepper.

THe ones I take are Natures Benefit they are 100% garlic oil 1000mg and I never experienced that. Check with your doctor.
