He feels my pain.

I have no dating pool. I only see my coworkers and family. Online dating, I hate. If a guy approaches me in person, he does the most for one date, trying his hardest. Online dating, the men are so lax...it's like he has hundreds more profiles at his disposal, so why should he put all that effort into you?
 
I think he should post a video about the best way to date in 2016. But from the tone of this video it's like he's telling us to give up now and get a Plan B. I have no idea what Plan B would be? Thoughts?
 
He is right, I only know married/committed or single people. My older single friends don't even date anymore.
My BFF refuses to date online and doesn't want to be on display like that. She has been single for a couple of years now.

Older couples are definitely still getting married.
My mom and dad divorced ages ago and both got remarried after our wedding.
Dad had a big wedding/reception. Mom went to Vegas.

My BFF recently attended two weddings for her friends who are both 40-45.
One married a school principal and the other married a minister.
