Fulton County GA leads all counties in HIV rate in GA

Yeah I'm aware. I wondered about this for years but....it may be linked to the fact that the CDC (& Emory University) is there also.

As recently as 10 years ago HIV+ folks slowly migrated there for better access to care.

This is true I maet someone the other day that's a HIV/AIDS awareness educator and they were saying the same.
