I can understand your frustration...my hair would be soo much longer if I hadn't trimmed off those 5+ inches. Even those it's growing back, my friend even commented last week on how much I had cut

Anyway, I did a big no-no...I put highlights in...(I will add more in a few weeks) did a rollerset & wore my hair out today. I actually got a compliment from someone who had only seen me in buns..she thought I used to straighten my hair, I said no, I just keep it back in a bun because it grows when it is out...But I am very happy with the way my hair feels, its fullness & will add more highlights later.
I had gotten so focused on my hair goals that I forgot to enjoy the hair that I had. Have fun with your hair & love it where it is. You can use mousses to volumize thin tresses.
