From what store can I buy Dr. Miracles Nape & Temple Balm?

I've seen this product online, but I really don't want to have to pay for shipping costs. Is this product available at sally's beauty supply? Also do they sell Denman Brushes at Sally's too? TIA.

Thanks! I just called my local Sally's and they said that they carry it. Great I'm on my way to Sally's. I was really trying to avoid going to this store for fear of a PJ flare up, but I really want to try this product.
