Chile! I just love the post(s) altogether, having folks tear up and stuff, I forgot I was supposed to be looking at hair, I had to go back, Umph! Now that I've collected Myself, Your Hair is Beautiful, You look nice either way, Blown-Out or Wash n' go, Love it! Keep up the Good work!

I honestly have a very loose, go with the flow regimen. But I do have mainstays:
*Coconut Oil, I finger-comb through nightly, and I use it in my "moisturizing" spray.

*MY SPRAY: I use it before I comb through and pick out, and I also used it to wet my hair for my twist out.
-3oz Spray Bottle
-I put in around about 3 tablespoons EVOO
-I fill it until about 1/4 the way with Vegetable Glycerin
-Throw in 1 tablespoon of Avacado Oil
-Throw in 1 tablespoon of Castor Oil
-Finish of with a lump (about a quarter sized lump, I buy it in the jar) of Coconut Oil
-Fill the rest with warm water, give a shake, and there's my spray!

I like that I can carry it around in my Cargo Pocket, and just spritz whenever I take a "latrine" break, or I can just keep it in my car.

Like I said, I wash every other day on average. I use:

LOVE-IT. I like the ingredients and my Husband likes the smell. I used to use plain Tresseme (sp?) shampoo, but I just found this, and it does EXACTLY the same, without all the chemicals. I get it from whole foods.

I've had kinky twists since my BC, and before I put them in I did a 2 minute Aphogee treatment before I put them in. And did a hard protein treatment when I took them out. Might have done that backwards...:perplexed

But yes, I use my spray, and I use my sweet sweet ALBA, and that is it. When it's tooo dry, I deep condition overnight with Alba and Aussie Moist mixed together.

But I'm definitely taking suggestions for a good deep conditioner if anyone has one!

I listen to my hair. I feel it...I touch it...And I listen.

Trust trying to achieve goal after goal.

Next stop: 'FRO MOVEMENT!

I tried their 3 Minute DEEEEEP, and the only thing I got was greeeezy hands. I was let down.:sad: Leaving the moist in overnight did more for me.

But let me know if you give it a try!
