Hey ladies,

Finally I've figured out how to do this! I have been trying for about a week now to subcribe and have just figured it out(ain't that ashame)! :Blush2: Anyway Know that I have got it together I am so happy to be able to finally share with you ladies my hair journey. I have learned so much from you all in the past month that I have lurking around. Yes I did say month!
I have 4a hair with some coils mixed in there.so what I have been doing is co- washing everyday with vo5 strawberries and cream If I could swim it I would. Then after that I use mnt mixed some peppermint oil and olive oil and leave a little of that in. after that its mtg and shea butter on ends. I must say that I was washing my hair once a week before I found LHCF and was seeing my hair already start to return to its pre-fried days. Thanks to mtg I'm sure that I've already gotten an inch of growth Pictures are forthcoming as soon I figure out how to do them.
