I was looking up info on diluting shampoo and I came across this book. I don't know who this guy is and I know that this book wasn't written for women of color but I liked it. Most of the stuff I'm sure we know already (I haven't finished reading it but wanted to share), but perhaps a newbie would appreciate the info.

Enjoy!

Yes isn't this great! I posted abou this back in May and then I printed off the entire book and put it in a binder. He also mentions about using distilled water to rinse your hair. He has lots of good tips and a few hair recipes.

Thank you, Daviine. Where have I been???!!! First this board, and now endless other sources of info. Feels like Christmas came a few months early.

I was as busybee in May so I didn't see your post sweetcocoa. WHat I like most about his book that it inspires me to go back to doing some of my kitchen chemistry stuff. I diluted my L'anza PP today and I loved it! A nice balance betwen commercial products and homemade products.

I was thinking that I could buy a high end shampoo and it would last forever!!!!!
