I found this website. It is an entire book on haircare. He has some great recipes for rinses, pomades...etc.
I printed this off. There is some good information here. The author is Richard Stein....

Thanks sweetcocoa and gldspoon for these ebooks. My friend just started getting into haircare, i think i am going to email her the book you recommended gldspoon, i think its a goood guide to start with. Thanks again ladies.

I'd like to bookmark that site.

I liked the alternating hot towels thing for hot oil treatments.
A simple idea but I never thought of that... Will def. give that tip a try.
