FOTE Vitamin E Gel???

Hey Ladies!

I was in a Dollar Tree store by my house that has just opened for business. I was browsing the hair care/body care section and noticed some very interesting things. One was they had some of those extra large bottles on VO5 Moisture Milks, and Raspberry Kisses!! Another is that they had FOTE Vitamin E Gel for $1!! I was very excited because the Aloe Vera Gel is in the same bottle for almost $5 at Eckerd's. My hubby told me to grab some.

Now....what do I do with it?? I remember seeing it as an ingredient in a Curly Pudding recipe(I think) I can't seem to locate that recipe right now. However, what other ways can I use it?

Looking at the ingredients the only difference between it and the Aloe Vera is that the first ingredient in the Vita. e is water.

Can anyone offer any suggestions?

ETA: the curly pudding recipe that i saw it used in is on nappturality in the homemade product section....lemme see if i can get yo a link...thats the same reason i want it too!

Hey ladies..

Shantani - my transition is going great. Thanks for asking... The last few days I've been doing braidouts. I'll probably blowdry and FI my hair this week for some hair condition/length shots. You know to see what length I'm retaining, where is has broken off, problem areas, etc.,etc. Plus, I need to give my hairline/edges a break. It it sore from all the pulling with ponytails and puffs and bantu knots. I need to let it hang loose right now to recover some. I can't wait until I can let it hang loose it all its nappy glory!!!

Thanks Mecca, when I posted, I THEN did a search I saw your post. It's the same recipe I got.

ChosenbyGod mentioned doing rollersets with the Vitamin E gel. It looks like I'll be adding it in my mixes though.

Come to think I it, Kha uses it, I think I run over to her fotki and check it out.

Anybody have any other suggestions?

Girl hush-ya-mouth....I'm about out of my FOTE gel and it's time to re-up...I was about to go and shell out 5 bucks at Eckerd. That's more dollars for other products...I LIKE...
