For those who WRAP THEIR HAIR...

From personal experience, you should wrap both ways because I use to wrap to the left (im a lefty) for years and the right side started to thin out significantly compared to the left side which was thick. If you can, alternate the directions that you wrap your hair.

This is what I usually do because I experienced the same thing when wrapping just one way all the time. Thanks for your insight though

i'll have to start doing this. i've been wrapping my hair the same way for almost a year now and one side is significantly thinner than the other. i've got so used to doing it one way it feels weird doing the other way.

yea, i feel a little 'cripple' myself wrapping it the other way but that's something that i had to get use too. I use to wrap my hair one way for YEARS (think teen) before realizing the importance of alternating sides. Better late then never...

Oh my goodness! No wonder why one side of my hair is thinner than the other? I always wondered why, but I guess know now. I always thought that it was probably my imagination or something. I will begin tonight.
