For those of you who ordered from Ruchita Aryuveda...

How long did you wait before filing your grievance with Paypal? It's been a month. :look:

I ordered some movies from Hong Kong two weeks AFTER I placed my order with her. HONG KONG, yall. We're talking customs and err'thang. The movies arrived today. :nono:

DH laughed and told me it's time to face reality.... :wallbash:

The last ordered I placed with them took a month to arrive. After 3 weeks, she sent an email explaining she was moving. I will be reluctant to order from her again.

Have you tried to contact her?

I emailed her last week, and she replied saying she had sent me a shipping notice two weeks ago (which she did), but since then - nothing.

I'm mad at myself for only reading two pages into the thread before ordering, because had I kept reading - I wouldn't have. :nono:

<sigh> I'm such a friggin idiot.............

It was near a month before I got my order. Paypal closed my claim because she was able to provide a shipping notice. Didn't matter that it was a reasonable time that had gone by since the date on the shipping notice and I still hadn't received my order.

Fortunately she filled the order. So keep communicating with her.

I called when I was in ATL asking if I could pick up or have an ordered delivered to me while I was there and she never returned me call. I want to make a large order but I don't feel like it is a good idea

Sooo. I checked the shipping notice link again last night, and this time it said it left the Atlanta post office on September 11 (Friday).

I highly doubt a priority package was sitting around in the post office from August 21 (which is when she sent me the shipping notice) until September 11.

From what I'm reading, this isn't a fluke. It's routinely how things are being done. Who waits until their customers are irritated before making good on the money they gave you UP FRONT? Who DOES that?

This whole thing is so bizarre, I'm half expecting Ashton Kutcher to jump out and tell me I'm being Punk'd. :lachen:

I learned a TWO HUNDRED DOLLAR lesson. Read the ENTIRE thread before letting PJism get the best of you. :nono:

Thanks, yall....
