I leave it on for about 5 min covered w/ plastic cap

After I shampoo, I smooth it through and leave it on for a couple of minutes while I shave or scrub my feet. I then rinse and follow with a deep conditioner.

I too leave it on while in the shower, bathing and then rinse it out. It has worked for me everytime that I have used it. Now I just use it after relaxing.
