I've never gone to Lilly's but do a search for a couple of threads on Lilly's or atl dominican salons on the hair salon board, until someone posts some recent recommendations.

I do Nena because she never disapoints me. As a matter of fact, I went today!

I would recommend Nena. I have fine hair and it tangles easily when wet. She is always extra gentle with my hair and doesn't comb it in a rough manner when it's wet.
