Are you using safer methods of cleansing your hair like using sulfate-free shampoos?

How do you clarify?

Just something i wanted to ask:look:

I just began using sulfate free shampoo because I am transitioning and need as.much moisture as possible. I clarify approximately every 6 weeks

Oh yeah...i just started using Hair One....I LOVE it!!! Its so simple! AND its safer for the fragile ends :)

I still have some sulfate-FULL shampoos left....i kinda wanna use them up....its just a swallow of moisturizing shampoo and a third of a bottle of clarifying shampoo.

I use Creme of Nature shampoo in the orange bottle. This contains sulfates, but I very rarely shampoo my hair. I simply rub some diluted shampoo on my scalp and rinse letting it fall through the length of my hair. I never put shampoo on the length of my hair. Buildup really isn't a problem for me, because I do not use gels, mousse, leave ins, etc. I only use conditioner with easy to remove cones.

All of my sulfate shampoos have come in handy for washing my delicates and all kinds of stuff I googled and got a ton of ideas on how to use it up.

I exclusively use sulfate free shampoos. I swear by them. I had a great sulfate free clarifier too, but it got discontinued. So, I might try just using one of my clear poos mixed with baking soda to clarify.

I use Kenra Moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. I cant remember if it's sulfate free or not lol. But if I have to clarify or chelate I use Olive Oil creamy Aloe shampoo.

I use Tresemme Clarifying Shampoo, but my favorite shampoo of all time is ORS Creamy Aloe Shampoo. I love that stuff and if I could I would wash my hair daily with it.

I use CON shampoo but I'm trying to use up my sulfate shampoos. I'm going to start using them for my delicates like Allaboutmoi. My clarifiers are ORS Creamy Aloe and Albertos VO5 shampoos. I only clarify if I feel I need it.

I co-wash weekly with Suave or VO5 Conditioners. If I need to clarify, I use diluted Motions Lavish (with sulfates).
