Flaxseed Oil

I have been reading different post on this site. Many post refer to flaxseed oil for helping people hair to grow. Well, I was wondering does it really help for the hair to grow? How long until you see results? Does it make your hair soft? What are the real effects of this flaxseed oil?

Yes it does...and shiny hair at that. But it's not just good for hair. In fact, that's just the icing on the cake. Someone once shared this link which tells you more:

I don't know if it increases growth, but I've been taking this along with Evening Primrose Oil for quite some time now and it definitely does make the hair that grows much softer! That's my personal testimony
