How long does it take to get results? also do i need another brand because i have wild oats EPO and it only contains 130mg of Gamma Linolic Acid or however you spell that. But i read somewhere you need more than that. But the whole thing say 1300mg but its broken down into three things gamma linolic has about 130 or 140 then some other acid has about 900mg then its another one. I also read that flax and epo competes with one another.
