I have the Babyliss one like this:

I got it some years ago after my Maxiglide broke. I really love it. I didn't think it would do a good job since the teeth are so far apart, but I've been satisfied with it.

I do. The only issue is the temperature settings are preset. But it leaves my hair smooth and straight with one pass

If you can get it from Bloomingdales that way you have no problems returning it even if you use it for a month or longer. You can really test it to see if you like it!

I like the look of the Babyliss. The teeth on the Maxiglide are too close. I didn't even like using it when I was relaxed.
