How does it help with growing healthy hair??

From what I've learned here, fish oil has the omega fatty acids which help keep the hair soft and shiny. I am not sure if it can increase your growth rate but I do think because your hair will come in softer and more moist you,ll be able to retain length easier, so it can aid in longer hair.

Oh ok, well I started taking some. Well good my hair grows in dry and coarse, this would be perfect. Thanks!!!

@larry3344 I have noticed no changes in texture or softness and I have been taking fish oil daily for years.
