or if you have your own regimen, please post that also.
I self-relaxed last Sunday, didn't turn out so well (underprocessed spots), but I am o.k. with that b/c I was about 12 weeks post. I want to wash my hair tonight and I need to know what you girls do for the first wash after a relaxer. I read a post a while back about protein but can't find it.
